When I joined I had recently had a baby and was new to the area.¬? Thus, I was home-bound milk-machine and I needed a life outside of my home.¬? I wasn't able to come to many meetings due to my husband's¬?travel schedule but once his schedule died-down Mothers & More was right there waiting for me.¬? It gave me an opportunity to make some new friends and to hold a board position...my favorite one....Mother's Night Out!¬? Something I desperately needed in more ways than one!¬? I love the monthly Mother's Night Out events because it gives us an opportunity to do something that we normally wouldn't for ourselves.....like: going to the spa, painting pottery, taste-testing wine, playing games and chatting non-stop(!), etc.¬? If I don't get to do anything for myself all month Mother's Night Out is the one night I make important.¬? I hope this is something that every member¬?will find they can enjoy as well!

After a day full of my toddler's activities (good or bad!), it is so very refreshing to say good night and join other ladies from Mothers and More.¬? To talk and connect without little ones running around allows me to feel like a real adult again!¬?

When my family and I relocated to the Rochester area, Mothers and More gave me daytime activities with the kids, a social life and local girlfriends at a time when I had none of the above - what more can you ask!

I've been a member since my oldest was 8 months.¬?She's 8 1/2 now, and has three little sisters.¬?Mothers & More has been a phenomenal resource of parenting advice, female companionship and family-oriented activities.¬?As my daughters have grown, and I've matured as a mother, the group has evolved to meet our changing needs.
